1. After making submissions for some time, counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to urge all grounds raised herein before the Trial Court at the stage of arguments on charge. He submits that, based on his past experience in matters investigated by the EOW, arguments on charge are not ordinarily heard expeditiously by Trial Courts. He, therefore, requests that the Trial Court be requested to hear the matter expeditiously.

2. Mr. Tarang Srivastav, APP for the State, on instructions from the IO, submits that the investigation stands completed and the chargesheet has been filed. He further submits that compliance with Section 207 CrPC has been effected and the matter is listed before the Trial Court for arguments on charge on 03rd December, 2026. 3. In view of the above, the Trial Court is requested to hear and conclude the arguments on charge expeditiously, subject to its board and other exigencies.

4. Counsel for the Petitioner undertakes that the Petitioner will not seek any avoidable adjournment before the Trial Court.

5. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The Petitioner is at liberty to urge all grounds raised in this petition before the Trial Court at the stage of arguments on charge, which shall be considered in accordance with law.

6. The Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. All rights and contentions of the parties are left open.

7. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
