1. A Contempt Case under Section 10 & 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act has been field for non-compliance of the Judgment/Order dated 03.03.2026 in O.A.1649/2023.
2. The Petitioner himself has stated that the Execution Application MA 3100/26 has already been filed which is listed before the concerned Bench in which the Notice has been issued for 06.10.2026.
3. Once the appropriate remedy has already been adopted by the Petitioner by way of the Execution, there is nothing to show that there is a disobedience which is willful or contumacious in filing the Contempt Petition.
