1. The present petition has been filed under Sections 29A(4) and 29A(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 19961 seeking extension of the mandate of the learned Sole Arbitrator Hon’ble Ms. Justice Gita Mittal (Retd.).

2. Ms. Larika Khandelwal, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent submits that she has no objection if the mandate of the learned Sole Arbitrator is extended.

3. In view of the above, the present petition is allowed.
