2. At the outset it is pointed out by the learned APP in view of the fact that the Petitioner has already availed the benefit occurring under the order dated 04.06.2026 and that he has not only availed the benefit rather surrendered on 17.08.2026 as confirmed by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, therefore, issue involved with regard to the conditions imposed, modification of which is being sought in the petition, has now become infructuous.
3. The prayer of the learned counsel for the Petitioner says that there may be an order in respect of the conditions for future applications is not a proper argument as no such pre-emptive order can be there, so declined.
4. Accordingly the petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
