Information Report (“FIR”) being FIR No. 256/2021 dated 07th May, 2021, registered at Police Station (“PS”) New Usmanpur, North-East, Delhi, under Sections 354A/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (“IPC”), and FIR No. 314/2021 dated 08th July, 2021, registered at PS Gandhi Nagar, Shahdara, Delhi, under Sections 448/34 of the IPC, along with all proceedings emanating therefrom, on the ground of settlement between the parties.

2. This Court is informed that the parties have amicably resolved all their disputes vide Mediation Settlement dated 07th March, 2022, arrived at between the parties before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi.

3. This Court, however, notes that Affidavit in terms of the directions passed in Practice Direction No. 187/Rules/DHC dated 09th July, 2026, issued by this Court, pursuant to the decision of the Supreme Court judgment in the case of Zeba Khan Versus State of U.P. and Others, 2026 SCC OnLine SC 188, has not been filed by concerned respondent no. 2 in the respective petitions.

4. None appears for respondent no. 2 in the respective petitions, when the matter is called out.

5. The present compromise petitions cannot be entertained in the absence of the said Affidavit in terms of the aforesaid judgment.

6. Accordingly, the present petitions are dismissed.
