1. The present Petition, filed under Section 25-B(8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958, seeks to challenge the Order dated 10.12.2025 [“Impugned Order”], passed by the learned CCJ-cum- ARC, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in the Eviction Petition, being RC ARC No. 105/2019.
2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners, after advancing submissions for a considerable period of time, on instructions, seeks the leave of this Court to withdraw the present Petition.
