Since the reliefs sought by the petitioner herein qua the restoration of the electricity connection being CA No.154232404 installed at the entire Ground Floor of the property being No. K-II/85B, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi has been satisfied, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition.
2. As such, the present petition, alongwith the pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn.
