Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing at some length, realises that the representation submitted to the Principal Commissioner of Customs, ICD Tughlakabad (Import) is dated 22.09.2026 and the present writ petition was instituted before this Court on 01.10.2026, does not wish to press the present writ petition and seeks liberty to pursue the aforesaid representation.
