1. At the outset, learned Counsel for NTPC Limited seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file it again as and when situation arises and after satisfying on the aspect of stamp duty as per the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 and in line of the judgment passed by this Court in M/s URC Construction (P) Ltd. v. Airports Authority of India1.
2. Leave and liberty is granted as aforesaid.
3. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
