1. The present petition has been filed against the Show Cause Notice dated 07.11.2013 (SCN). Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that during the pendency of this petition, an adjudicating order was passed on 15.01.2024 and the same has been challenged by the petitioner.

2. In view of the subsequent developments, no further orders are called for. The petition is disposed of as infructuous.
