3. Yesterday, learned counsel representing the Respondent was requested to take instructions.
4. Today, he fairly admits that there is an overlap in the impugned order and therefore, the Department should be permitted to make corrections.
5. In view of the aforesaid, the Writ Petition is disposed of, with liberty granted to the Department to rectify the error in the order dated 17.03.2026. This is a digitally signed order.
