1. By way of the present joint application, the applicants/parties seek disposal of the present appeal on the ground that they have arrived at an amicable settlement before Samadhan, Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, on 24.07.2026. A copy of the Settlement Agreement dated 24.07.2026, filed along with the application, is taken on record. All the parties are present in Court and have been identified by their respective counsels.
2. As per the terms of the Settlement Agreement, the parties have agreed to sell the suit property and distribute the sale proceeds equally, with each party receiving a 1/4th share, to the exclusion of the mother (appellant No. 1), who is also present in Court and consents to the same. All the parties present in Court affirm and acknowledge the factum and terms of the Settlement Agreement. The Settlement Agreement shall form part of this order, and the parties shall remain bound by its terms.
3. The appeal, along with the pending application, stands disposed of in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties.
4. The date already scheduled for 07.12.2026 stands cancelled.
