1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner on instructions submits that the Management is willing to take the Respondent back in service instead of paying Rs.3 lacs to the Respondent and seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition.
2. In view of the submissions made, the present Petition challenging the Award dated 27.07.2026 in LIR No.728/2024 DLCT13-001617-2023 is permitted to be withdrawn and stands disposed of along with the pending Application(s).
