1. The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (‘BNSS’) seeking quashing of FIR No. 666/2024 dated 30.11.2024 registered at Police Station New Ashok Vihar Nagar, Delhi under Sections 376/323/313 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (‘IPC’).
