1. The present letters patent appeal has been filed under Clause 10(1) of the Delhi High Court Act, 1966 read with Section 151 of CPC 1908 assailing the Order dated 29.05.2026 passed in W.P.(C) 11656/2018 & CM APPL. 45022/2018 passed by the learned Single Judge.
2. After arguing at some length, the learned counsel for the appellant submits that without going into the merits of the case, since the amount has already been withdrawn by the respondent driver/, the question of the law may be left open to be raised in an appropriate case.
