1. Learned counsel for the respondent has produced the documents to contend that the detained gold was released to the authorised representative/learned counsel for the petitioner on 07.08.2024 on deposit of a sum of Rs.1,71,314/-. He has produced a copy of the detention receipt bearing the seal and signatures of the authorised representative. A copy of the payment receipt, gate pass and Special Power of Attorney (SPA) has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. In view of the above, no further order is called for and the petition is disposed of.
