1. At the outset, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that Respondents are in Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process proceedings.
2. He seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise his claim before the Resolution Professional1 and with liberty to file it again as and when situation arise.
3. The RP is directed to examine the claim in accordance with law.
4. Leave and liberty as aforesaid is granted.
