1. The present Petition under Sections 10/11/12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 has been filed for violation of the Settlement dated 04.12.2025 inter se the Petitioner and Respondent whereby all the terms have been complied with in so much as the Parties have divorced by mutual consent.
2. The non-compliance of the arrangements weighed in respect of the visitation rights and also that the Respondent is failing to respond to the email received from the school in regard to the behaviour of the child.
3. After some submissions, counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the contempt petition with liberty to avail the remedies in accordance with law. Permitted to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
4. The petition along with pending applications, are also disposed of as withdrawn.
