1. Learned counsel for the Respondents, submits that the Order No.01/89/180/37/PSIA/AM-24/PC(A) dated 17.07.2026, issued by Government of India, Department of Commerce, Directorate General of Foreign Trade, Vanijya Bawan, New Delhi, has been passed and decided on the representation of the Petitioner. Copy of the Order be taken on record. It is, therefore, submitted that there is a compliance made.
2. None is present on behalf of the Petitioner.
3. Contempt Petition is dismissed in default and for non-prosecution.
