1. Though by way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks issuance of writ of mandamus in form of appropriate directions with respect to the This is a digitally signed order. property bearing no. A-1/65, Panchsheel Enclave, New Delhi-110 017, however, considering that the present petition has only been filed on the basis of hypothecations, and is completely bereft of any material particulars inasmuch as the statements made therein has been made in air, coupled with the fact that Mr. Manoj Kumar, Assistant Engineer (MCD), present in Court, has brought the complete building file with respect to the aforesaid property, which shows that the sanctioned plan with respect to the aforesaid premises was issued wayback on 11.05.2023 and a completion certificate has since been granted recently on 29.09.2026 as well, there is hardly any merit for this Court to entertain the present petition.
2. Considering the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition.
3. As such, the present petition, alongwith the pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn.
