W.P.(C) 14858/2026

The petitioner, who appears in-person draws attention to Representation dated 21.06.2025 sent by her to the Vice Chancellor of respondent No.1 bringing to his attention that her salary for the year 2025 has not been updated to reflect the increment nor has the pay fixation being credited; and furthermore no travelling allowance component appears to be reflecting in the salary. Issue notice. Mr. Shivendra Singh, learned counsel is present on behalf of the respondents on advance copy; accepts notice; and submits that they would consider the petitioner’s request comprised in Representation dated 21.06.2025 in accordance with the rules within such period as the court may direct. In view of the prayer made in the petition, it is not considered necessary to issue a formal notice or to call for a counter-affidavit in the matter. In view of what has been fairly submitted by Mr. Singh, the petition is disposed-of, with a direction to the respondents to consider the Representation dated 21.06.2025 made by the petitioner within 08 weeks from today. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed-of. A. J. BHAMBHANI, J OCTOBER 7, 2026/ak This is a digitally signed order.
