1. The present Application has been filed by the Petitioner seeking withdrawal of the contempt Petition.
2. The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that there has been compliance of the order dated 28.07.2026 made by the Respondents, therefore, the contempt be permitted to be withdrawn.
3. For the reasons stated in the application, the contempt petition is permitted to be withdrawn and is disposed of accordingly.
4. The next date of hearing i.e. 01.12.2026 stands cancelled.
