1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the plaintiff seeks permission to withdraw the present civil suit, with liberty to institute a fresh suit, if so advised and if occasion arises.
2. The liberty, as prayed for, is granted. Accordingly, the present civil suit stands dismissed as withdrawn. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
3. The objection raised on behalf of the defendant regarding alleged suppression of material facts is kept open.
