1. This appeal is filed on behalf of appellants under Section 96 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 read with Section 10 of Delhi High Court Act against the impugned order dated 18.11.2015 in CS(OS) No. 303/2008.
2. Learned counsel for appellants, on instructions, submits that he seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal, as the parties have amicably settled the matter and the settlement has also been recorded before the learned Joint Registrar.
