1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that since a fresh petition has already been filed for quashing of the First Information Report (“FIR”) being FIR No. 0515/2017 dated 04th October, 2017, under Sections 379/356/354/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (“IPC”), registered at Police Station (“PS”) Karawal Nagar, North East District, Delhi, on the ground of compromise, she has instructions to withdraw the present petition.
2. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
