2. They pray that these petitions may be disposed of in terms of the conciliation agreement.
3. Accordingly, these petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
4. Needless to say, parties shall abide by the terms of settlement as agreed in Clause 9 of the Conciliation agreement.
5. The interim relief shall continue as per Clause 9 of the conciliation agreement.
