1. None appears on behalf of the Petitioners.
2. Learned APP states on instructions from the Investigating Officer (‘I.O.’) that Respondent no. 2 has informed the I.O. that she does not intend to abide by the settlement agreement.
3. A perusal of the order-sheet shows that Petitioners have also not been appearing in this matter since 10.12.2025 and even on 02.09.2025, an accommodation had been sought on their behalf.
4. The rights and contentions of the Petitioners on merits are left open.
