1. Allowed, subject to all just exceptions.
2. The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 308/2022 dated 21st May, 2022, under Sections 308/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (‘IPC’), registered with Police Station Mohan Garden, and all proceedings arising therefrom, on the ground of settlement.
3. Issue notice.
