1. Learned Counsel for the State has pointed out that the Petitioner has assailed the order dated 07.01.2026 passed by the Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor of Delhi, under Section 51 of the Delhi Police Act, 1978 upholding the order passed by the Additional Deputy Commissioner of Delhi, North-East District, Delhi on 11.09.2025.
2. By way of order dated 11.09.2025, the Petitioner was directed to be externed from the territorial limits of NCT of Delhi with effect from 18.09.2025.
3. It is stated that the said period of one year has already expired.
