1. Learned counsel for the petitioners after arguing for some time realising that the recruitment process for the year 2024 is complete and that for the year 2026 the petitioners have withdrawn the writ petition without seeking any liberty, is not pressing this petition with liberty to raise all the issues raised in this petition at an appropriate time on occurrence of a fresh cause of action.
2. The petition is dismissed as not pressed. All pending applications are also disposed of.
