1. In furtherance of last order, it is made clear by learned ASC that now FIR No.458/2026 stands registered at PS Bindapur against the petitioner for offences under Section 329(4)/331(1) of BNS.
2. Apart from the aforesaid, the impugned notices were apparently issued in a vigilance enquiry and the same were returnable on 04.09.2026 and not thereafter.
3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that in view of the aforesaid, this petition may be disposed of as withdrawn, so that petitioner may take appropriate steps.
4. As requested, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
