1. Petitioner seeks quashing of case FIR No. 273/2018 of PS Ashok Vihar for offence under Section 285/304A IPC on the ground that the complainant de facto (respondent no.2) has compromised the disputes with the petitioner.
2. After addressing partly, learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions of his client present in courtroom, seeks permission to withdraw this petition so that the petitioner may face trial.
3. As requested, the petition and the accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that this withdrawal of petition shall not be read against the petitioner by the trial court as regards the merits of the prosecution case.
