1. This hearing has been conducted through hybrid mode.
2. It is submitted that the present matter has been settled between the parties in the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre (‘DHCMCC’) vide settlement agreement dated 30th May, 2026.
3. Learned Counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent has received the settlement amount from the appellant.
4. Learned Counsel for the appellant submits that in view of the settlement, the appeal be disposed of as withdrawn.
