1. None appears on behalf of petitioner and respondent no. 2.
2. Mr. Utkarsh, learned APP has drawn this Court’s attention to order dated 24.04.2026 which reads as under: - “2. There is no appearance on behalf of the petitioners, and none of the petitioners are personally present before the Court today. Respondent No. 2, though represented, is also not personally present. Learned counsel submits that the absence of the parties is on account of a family function.
3. In the interest of justice, list on 24.07.2026, subject to payment of costs of Rs. 7,500/- by the petitioners, to be deposited with the Delhi High Court Bar Association Costs Account [A/C No. 15530110179338; IFSC Code: UCBA0001553; UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch].” 2.1 He states that there has been no compliance of the said order as no This is a digitally signed order. 3.1. She states that she had contacted respondent no. 2 earlier today, however, respondent no. 2 expressed her inability to attend proceedings.
3.2. She states that before the trial court the next date of hearing is 21.11.2026.
