1. These petitions have been filed seeking expeditious disposal of CC No. 7179/2023 and CC No. 7180/2023. This is a digitally signed order. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that however in separate proceedings i.e., Contempt Case No. 805/2023 and Contempt Case No. 807/2023, the Court is supervising repayment of the amounts due and payable by the accused to the complainant herein.
2.1. He states that in this view of the matter, he seeks liberty to withdraw the present petitions and approach the Court with fresh petitions, if any cause of action survives.
3. The petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty reserved, as prayed for.
4. Pending applications stands disposed of.
