1. In furtherance of order dated 01.04.2026, keeping in mind that the offence under Section 174A IPC is a wrong against the State and not a wrong against the present respondent no.2 with whom the settlement has been done, learned counsel for petitioner on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
2. As requested, the petition and the accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn.
