1. This is an application jointly filed by the parties to bring on record the settlement agreement dated 26.09.2026 along with return of bank guarantee and release of guarantee deposit along with interest, if any.
2. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Let the bank guarantee and the deposit be released into the bank account of the Respondent, the details of which are as follows:
