2. None appears for the petitioners.
3. Learned APP for the State submits that petitioner no. 1 in the present petition, namely Saleem, has expired, whereas the other petitioner was not found at the address furnished and remains untraceable.
4. A perusal of the record shows that none has appeared on behalf of the petitioners on several previous dates as well. It, therefore, appears that the surviving petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition.
5. In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is dismissed for non- appearance and non-prosecution and thereby, disposed of.
