O R D E R
1. This is an application, filed by the petitioner seeking withdrawal of the present petition. Crl.M.A.31242/2026 (seeking withdrawal of the petition)
2. By way of the instant petition, the petitioner has sought to challenge the order dated 10.02.2026 whereby the learned Trial Court dismissed the application of the petitioner seeking modification of the bail condition regarding deposit of the passport of the petitioner.
3. It is averred in the application that subsequent to filing of the present petition, fresh grounds have arisen in favour of the petitioner. As such, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition and approach the learned Trial Court in accordance with law.
4. The present application is accordingly allowed.
5. CRL.M.C. 5020/2026 is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. This is a digitally signed order.
