28.09.2026 nominated Mr. Murari Tiwari, Senior Advocate as a substituted Nominee arbitrator.

3. Due to this reason, the arbitration proceedings could not be concluded till 30.09.2026.

4. Therefore, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner prays the extension of time for completion of arbitral proceedings and passing of arbitral award for a period of twelve months up to 30.09.2027, as the mandate has already expired on 30.09.2026

5. Learned Counsel for the Respondent does not have any objection to it and has consented to the extension of the mandate under section 29A(5) of the Act.

6. I am of the opinion that sufficient reason has been shown for seeking the extension of time in concluding the arbitration.

7. Therefore, the mandate is extended for 12 months starting from 30.09.2026 till 30.09.2027.
