1. During the course of hearing, learned Additional Standing Counsel (“ASC”) appearing for the State has handed over to this Court a copy of the order dated 29th September, 2026, issued by the Home Department, Government of NCT of Delhi (“GNCTD”), which is taken on record.
2. As per the aforesaid order, the application of the petitioner for release on parole has been rejected.
3. Accordingly, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the said order. This is a digitally signed order.
