2. During the course of hearing, it has come to the fore that a Chargesheet dated 25th October, 2025, has already been filed by the concerned Investigating Officer (“IO”) before the Trial Court.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor (“APP”) for the State submits that further investigation is ongoing and the Forensic Science Laboratory (“FSL”) Report of the CCTV footage in relation to the alleged incident is presently awaited.

4. He, thus, submits that a supplementary Chargesheet would also be filed.

5. He further submits that eight more cases are pending against the co- accused, i.e., Sh. Rinku Dagar.

6. Considering the submissions made before this Court, since the charges are yet to be framed, in case the petitioner is aggrieved by the charges framed, the petitioner may assail them at that point of time.

7. It is clarified that this order may not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case. The rights and contentions of the parties are left open.

8. Accordingly, the present petition, along with the pending applications, is dismissed. MINI PUSHKARNA, J OCTOBER 1, 2026/KR This is a digitally signed order.
