1. The challenge in this writ petition is to the Order dated 29.09.2026 passed by the learned Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) in S.A. No.288/2026, Order dated 14.07.2026 passed by the learned CJM, Tis Hazari Courts in M.A. No.243/2026 and notice dated 08.09.2026 issued by the Court Receiver fixing physical possession of property in question for today, i.e., 01.10.2026.
