1. Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for some time on instructions from the client present in court identified by learned counsel is not pressing the petition with liberty to approach the respondent for refund of the balance amount pursuant to the disposal of the detained goods and to avail remedies in accordance with law for redressal of the surviving grievance, if any.
2. The petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed for. Pending application is also disposed of.
