1. This is a petition in the nature of mandamus seeking directions to the respondent to execute the Order-in-Original no. 1035/003098/16.11.2023/WH/2023-24 dated 06.12.2023 (for short ‘OIO’). The grievance of the petitioner is that despite being ready to comply with the OIO, the goods are not being released. Learned counsel for the respondent fairly submits that the Department has failed before the revisional authority and the order has attained finality. The contention is that upon compliance with the OIO the goods be released immediately.
2. In view of the above, this petition is disposed of.
