1. Admittedly, the Petitioner has a remedy of Appeal against the order dated 02.09.2022.
2. The present Writ Petition has been filed in the year 2025, i.e., nearly three (03) years after the Impugned Order was passed.
3. Keeping in view the aforesaid position, the Petitioner, if so advised, may avail the remedy of Appeal.
