present appeal is hereby condoned.

4. The applications stand disposed of in the aforesaid terms. LPA 794/2026 & CM APPLs.67579-67582/2026

5. Present appeal has been filed under Clause X of the Letter Patent assailing the impugned order dated 15.07.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in C.A.(COMM.IPD-TM) No.53/2024.

6. At the very outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant submits that the impugned order dated 15.07.2025 is an ex-parte order passed by the learned Single Judge without giving any opportunity of hearing, as a result of which they could not place their objections on record. He submits that the matter may be remanded to the learned Single Judge for adjudication without going into the merits, with liberty to the appellant to raise all their submissions before the learned Single Judge.

7. Learned counsel for the respondents who appears on advance notice has no objection only to the said extent.

8. Therefore, without going into the merits of the case, the appeal is disposed of by permitting the appellant to raise all their grievances before the learned Single Judge who shall after hearing the parties pass a fresh order on merits in accordance with law.

9. The appeal stands disposed of. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
