1. It is not disputed by learned counsel representing the Respondents that provisional attachment of the bank account of the Petitioner, vide order dated 18.01.2024, is no longer operating as every such provisional attachment Order under Section 83 of the Central Goods and Services Act, 2017 ceases to have effect after the expiry of a period of one year from the date of the order.
2. Keeping in view the aforesaid position, the present Writ Petition is disposed of, while directing the Respondent No.3/Ratnakar Bank Limited to remove the attachment order of Petitioner’s bank account This is a digitally signed order.
