1. Counsel for the Petitioner states that, in terms of the liberty granted by this Court vide order dated 21st August, 2023, an application has been filed before the Trial Court seeking clarification/modification of the order dated 13th July, 2022. He further submits that the matter has now advanced to the stage of final arguments in the main case.
2. In view of the above, counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to urge all the grounds raised herein before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage.
