1. The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 94/2021 of PS Crime Branch (North) for offence under Section 21/25/29 of NDPS Act.
2. At the outset, on being pointed out by learned APP for State, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh, disclosing all previous bail applications including anticipatory bail, regular bail and interim bail.
3. As requested, the bail application and the accompanying applications are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
